At Shop Panasonic USA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; therefore, we offer a 30-day return window for most products in their original packaging. Please ensure all items are returned with included accessories and documentation to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use the guest order tracker to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the product in its original manufacturer's box, including all manuals, cables, and accessories to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
